Crayon is looking for a talented, driven, and curious customer marketing manager to help us evangelize our amazing customers and the value Crayon drives for their businesses. As a customer marketer, you will help tell Crayon’s story through the lens of our customers, and foster company growth through customer stories. You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to lead customer-oriented campaigns aimed at supporting the growth and success of our users. About the Job
Become an expert on our customers and their unique use cases. Connect and establish strong working relationships with Crayon customers.
Produce compelling content (e.g. case studies, documentation, blog posts, Quora answers) to share customer success stories with the world.
Partner with internal teams to train on use cases and provide supporting customer evidence.
Foster customer community through events, our customer advisory group, and online connections to allow our thousands of customers to learn from each other.
Manage our customer reference and advocacy program, maximizing the stories and best practices we can share with potential customers.
Serve as an evangelist for our customers, solutions, and company both internally and externally.
What We’re Looking For
High wattage: Smart and curious, able to learn quickly, understand complex use cases and translate that into clear customer value.
Self-starter who gets s*** done: Dedicated and focused and good at seeing things through to completion. You don’t shy away from hard work, you thrive on a challenge.
Storyteller: Amazing communicator and storyteller when it comes to both written and verbal communication. You’re a creator at heart, and have experience producing stellar content in a variety of formats.
Customer-oriented: Passionate about working with customers, telling customer stories, and connecting people with each other.
Collaborative nature: Great ability to build connections across teams, bring a team-first attitude, and collaborate effectively.
Industry experience (competitive intelligence, product marketing, or related fields) a major plus
Technical skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, HTML, etc.) a major plus
